Fabulous Flutists Playing it Forward!

Be a Flutopian!! Join world-famous Hungarian flutist Gergely Ittsez on his North American tour stop at Stone Church on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00. The Flutopia Initiative, flutists inspiring musicians to change the world, one concert at a time, has organized a charitable concert to benefit the Huntingdon Food Bank, featuring Gergely Ittsez from Hungary, and joined by your own JC Lecturer in Flute Dr. Cathy Herrera, Dr. Naomi Seidman from PSU, and her graduate assistant Maria Fernanda Guglielmina. The concert will be filled with fabulous music of all styles, including Hungarian and Brazilian solos, duos, trios and quartets. Dr. Kathy Cinatl will accompany on piano. Admission is free, with a request for either a monetary (any amount helps!) or canned good donation (be sure to check expiration dates). Let's "pack the house" and Play it Forward! This concert is sponsored by Juniata College, Stone Church, The Flutopia Initiative and Sankyo Flutes.
