Have you read or heard that meditation is good for you, yet found that quieting your mind's chatter is difficult? Meditation Mondays with Danielle returns to the Bellwood-Antis Public Library this spring. Practice techniques to foster peace of mind, joy and calm in your life. Beginners and all levels of experience welcome. This program is for teenagers and adults of all ages. Mondays at 6:30 p.m. from Monday, April 8, through Monday, May 11.
