Sherlock, 32, of Port Royal was charged by Lewistown Police on Feb. 1, 2017 with second-degree felony knowingly photograph/film/depict sex act on computer to child, second-degree felony contact with minor -sexual abuse, third-degree felony child pornography, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility, third-degree felony dissemination of explicit sex material to a minor, first-degree misdemeanor design/copy obscene material, first-degree misdemeanor produce/present/direct obscene performance, first-degree misdemeanor produce/present/direct obscene performance — minor, and first-degree misdemeanor corruption of minors. Bail set at $100,000.

Wayne A. Weaver, 31, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 8 with first-degree misdemeanor endangering welfare of children — parent/guardian/other commits offense. Bail set at $7,500 unsecured.

Reva B. Weaver, 32, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 8 with first-degree misdemeanor endangering welfare of children — parent/guardian/other commits offense.

George P. Kaup, Jr., 28, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 17 with second-degree misdemeanor resisting arrest, and third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

Kathy J. Kaup, 54, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 17 with second-degree misdemeanor obstruct law/government function, and third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

Robert L. McEwen, 50, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 23 with second-degree misdemeanor simple assault, second-degree misdemeanor reckless endangerment, third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and summary harassment. Bail set at $10,000 unsecured.

Michael D. Albright, 47. of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Feb. 23 with third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and summary harassment. Bail set at $10,000.

Brittany D. Skipper, 27, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Mar. 12 with third-degree misdemeanor theft of property, and third-degree misdemeanor receiving stolen property. Bail set at $3,500 unsecured.

Virginia L. Huddleston, 49, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Apr. 28 with first-degree misdemeanor corruption of minors. Bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

Michael J. Kozak, 23, of Tyrone was charged by Tyrone Police on Apr. 19 with first-degree misdemeanor theft, and first-degree misdemeanor receiving stolen property. A request was sent for issuance of a county bench warrant.

Derek S. Moore, 22, of Tyrone was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on June 28, 2019 with misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A request was sent for issuance of a county bench warrant.

Trenton L. Moore, 20, of Tyrone was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on June 28, 2019 with misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A request was sent for issuance of a county bench warrant.

Sherri L. Poullos, 55, of Tipton was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on Nov. 11, 2019 with misdemeanor DUI: controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, and three summary traffic violations. A request was sent for issuance of a county bench warrant.

Plead Guilty

Brenda D. Kelley, 55, of Altoona was charged by Tyrone Police on Nov. 14, 2019 with summary retail theft. A charge for receiving stolen property was dismissed. Kelley paid costs and fines of $236.25.

David J. Baker, 62, of Hollidaysburg was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on Mar. 7 with misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge for misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana was dismissed. Baker paid costs and fines of $784.45.

Not Guilty

Nicholas Aquilante, 30, of Pittsburgh was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on Sept. 13, 2019 with summary driving while license suspended.

Patrick F. McIntire, 52, of Tyrone was charged by State Police at Hollidaysburg on May 17 with summary driving while license suspended.

Dismissed

Trubuild, LLC was charged with third-degree misdemeanor bad checks on Apr. 16, 2019. Restitution in the amount of $634.71 was paid.
