Janelle Louise Hoffman, 37, of Grassflat, Pennsylvania, charged by Hollidaysburg State Police with DUI: impairment incapable of safe driving- first offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10 < .16)- first offense, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

Brian Edward Noel, 41, of Altoona, charged by Hollidaysburg State Police with DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16 +)- first offense, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane (single), careless driving, travel on cultivated land, reckless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

James Allen Martin, 37, of Tyrone, charged by Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver- two counts, intent to possess controlled substance by a person not registered- two counts, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, bail set at $50,000 unsecured.

Failure to appear

Roy P. Hartman, 51, of Tyrone, charged by Tyrone Borough with amended abandoned and junked vehicles, non payment for municipal waste, failed to appear for payment determination hearing, arrest warrant issued by Magisterial District Judge Miller to Pennsylvania State Constables.

Charges withdrawn by the Blair County District Attorney Office

Stephanie Trude, no age provided, of Hollidaysburg, charged by the Pepsi Bottling Company with a bad check, charge withdrawn.

Cody Jo Edward Stephenson, 25, of Tyrone, charged by Tyrone Police with burglary- overnight accommodation, no person present, criminal trespass- break into structure, theft by unlawful taking- movable property, receiving stolen property, all charges withdrawn.
