State Police at Hollidaysburg were dispatched to a residence along Wees Road, Greenfield Township, at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, April 2, after receiving reports of a sexual assault of a minor. Upon arriving at the scene, the victim’s mother showed police a video that she had found of the accused (Richard Scott Sensibaugh, 35, of Claysburg) sexually assaulting the victim. The mother informed officers that she had confronted Sensibaugh, and he had fled the residence on foot before they arrived. Saturday, April 3, officers took Sensibaugh into custody without incident. Multiple felonies were filed against him, including rape of a child, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, and child pornography. He was taken to Blair County Prison, where he remains on $200,000 bail.
State Police at Huntingdon were dispatched to Barree Road, Porter Township, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, after receiving reports of a motor vehicle collision. Clifford J. Willett, 58, of Alexandria, was traveling south on Barree Road when his vehicle left the right side of the roadway. It continued off of the right side of the roadway and hit a parked vehicle that was owned by Steven A. Heffner, 51, of Alexandria. No injuries were sustained.
