Andrea’s School of Dance concluded its 27th year on June 8 with its annual recital entitled “Journeys”. The evening took the audience on journeys through different decades and places around the world through multiple genres of dances. Tap, ballet, pointe, modern, lyrical, hip-hop and jazz were all on display. The numbers featured performances from all of the students from Andrea’s School of Dance in Bellwood, including members from the competition team, The Main Street Dance Company.

The competition team started their season off at the Motion Dance competition at Grier, then headed to Headliners and Encore in Johnstown, and traveled to Groove in Woodbridge, VA. The members showcased their talents with dances choreographed by Andrea McGraw, the owner and artistic director, for Andrea’s School of Dance, Brittany DeGol, the school’s associate artistic director, Jocelyn Hrzic, one of the school’s instructor and choreographer, Logan Reihart, another instructor and choreographer, and Bailey Campbell, another choreographer.
