Luke Brooks went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs to power Tyrone’s Verilla Real Estate to a 4-2 win over Central in Jr. American Legion baseball action on Tuesday evening.

Cortlynd Rhoades and David Lang pitched for Tyrone. The duo surrendered just the two runs on three hits and two walks. They struck out five.

Dylan Vipond, Aiden Coleman and Nick Lehner provided base hits for Tyrone.

Tyrone and Central are now tied, along with Beech Creek, at 6-1 on top of the West Branch league standings.

Verilla Real Estate hosts Huntingdon this evening.
