Huntingdon Savings Bank held its 97th annual board meeting recently.

The bank’s first meeting took place March 7, 1923.

During the most recent meeting, Susan Harry and John Shuck were reelected to three-year terms as bank trustees.

President, CEO and chairman Gregory Walker said last year as another great year for the bank.

BauerFinancial Inc., the nation’s leading independent bank rating and research firm again ranked the bank with a five star rating as one of the best banks in the country.

The reorganizational meeting followed the annual board meeting.

Elected officers are as follows: Gregory Walker, president/CEO/chairman; Richard Endres Jr., vice president/assistant treasurer; Timothy Schrack, secretary; John Shuck, assistant secretary; Susan Harry, treasurer; and Kelli Grissinger, administrative assistant/assistant secretary.

Renamed to the staff of the Huntingdon office were Kelli Grissinger and Gregory Walker.

The board of trustees also reappointed the law office of Lawrence Newton as the bank’s solicitor.
