Kish Bank has announced the appointment of Roxanne Greising to the position of vice president and loan review and special assets manager and Allan Bills to the position of vice president and finance reporting and analytics manager.

Greising brings over 15 years of credit administration experience to Kish. In her new role, she manages the review process of Kish’s commercial loan portfolio and is responsible for restructuring complex business, commercial, and real estate problem loans. Previously, she was the director of finance programs with SEDA-COG and loan workout officer with AgChoice Farm Credit, both in Lewisburg. Greising will be graduating with honors from Misericordia University next month, with a bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting.

Bills joins Kish with over 25 years of experience in accounting, most recently with Rex Energy in State College, where he completed accounting and financial reporting for the corporation as the senior director of external financial reporting. In his new role at Kish, he is responsible for organizing, maintaining, managing, and reporting the institution’s financial records, and producing and researching regulatory and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, including SEC and SOX reports. Bills holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University.
