Juniata Valley Elementary School hosted its annual science fair April 4.

It was the 15th year for the event, which is organized by elementary science club advisers Kristin Joivell and Kathy Kenney.

Projects were displayed by by students in grades kindergarten through 6th grade. With over 140 students doing a project, there was more than one third of the students in those grades participating.

The fair is not a competitive event. Science goodie bags donated by the Juniata Valley PTO were given to every participant.
