Criminal mischief

THREE SPRINGS BORO. — A 53-year-old Shirleysburg woman reported to state police at Huntingdon the glass on the back of an unoccupied vehicle was broken on Rio Grande Street at 7:37 p.m. May 10.

BRADY TWP. — A 51-year-old Mill Creek woman reported to state police at Huntingdon multiple hydrolic hoses on a logging processor were damaged by unknown actors, then fled in an unknown direction, between 7 p.m. May 7 and 3 a.m. May 8.

Harassment

LIBERTY TWP., BEDFORD CO. — State police at Bedford investigated an incident of harassment involving physical contact at 1600 Wall St. at 6:40 p.m. May 9. Police report someone reported a loud, verbal argument coming from the street in front of their home. Upon police arrival, it was determined Ariel Carrow, 21, Riddlesburg, and Hannah Snyder, 19, Saxton, got into a verbal argument that turned physical. Both parties had minor injuries from pulling hair and scratches on their necks. Both parties were charged with harassment.

CROMWELL TWP. — State police at Huntingdon investigated a harassment incident involving physical contact on Pogue Road at 5:23 p.m. May 8. The incident involved an 18-year-old Mount Union male as the arrestee and a 20-year-old woman and 21-year-old woman, both of Three Springs, as the victims.

MOUNT UNION BORO. — State police at Huntingdon investigated a harassment incident on East Pennsylvania Avenue at 4:26 p.m. May 11. Police report Marcel Walker, 19, Mount Union, allegedly struck and shoved a 22-year-old Mount Union male several times. Walker was cited for harassment in the incident.

Drug possession

SALTILLO BORO. — State police at Huntingdon responded to a domestic incident at 19968 Pine St. at 12:45 p.m. May 6. Police found a male involved in the incident was found to be in possession of marijuana. Charges are pending against the male.

Theft

SMITHFIELD TWP. — State police at Huntingdon investigated a retail theft of an air conditioner and mini refrigerator from Walmart at 7:56 p.m. May 12. A male actor removed both items from the store without paying for it.

DUI

SMITHFIELD TWP. — State police at Huntingdon conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at South 10th Street and Mount Vernon Avenue at 2:20 a.m. May 12. The operator, a 42-year-old Huntingdon man, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending.
