DUI

BEDFORD BORO., BEDFORD CO. — State police at Bedford conducted a traffic stop on South Juliana Street and East Vondersmith Avenue at 12:35 a.m. Dec. 1. The operator, a 24-year-old Saxton woman, showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending.

Theft

ORBISONIA BORO. — A 52-year-old Orbisonia man reported a theft of a firearm to state police at Huntingdon at Ridgely Street at 11:13 p.m. Nov. 23. The firearm is valued at $300.

SMITHFIELD TWP. — State police at Huntingdon report two unknown females entered Walmart at 6716 Towne Center Blvd between 3:35-5:20 a.m. Nov. 14 and placed $90 worth of items inside multiple oversized bags and purses. The two female actors then proceeded to leave the store through the exterior doors without paying for the items.

Harassment

BARREE TWP. — State police at Huntingdon investigated a harassment incident at Charter Oak Road at 3:24 p.m. Nov. 27. Police report a verbal domestic altercation turned physical when the arrestee, a 50-year-old Petersburg woman, grabbed the victim, a 47-year-old Petersburg man, by the shirt collar and pulled on it in an attempt to stop the victim from leaving the residence.
