Evan P. “Buck” Williams II, 76, of Huntingdon, passed away peacefully Friday, April 2, 2021, with family members beside him at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

Evan was born on Sept. 2, 1944, in Lake Charles, Louisiana to the late Evan P. Williams, Jr. and Jean K. (Box) Williams. He married June A. (Scaletti) Williams Dec.14, 1995, in Monroe Township, New Jersey. She preceded him in death Feb. 17, 2018.

Mr. Williams served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He belonged to the VFW, the Loyal Order of Moose and ABATE in Huntingdon, and several outdoor organizations.

Mr. Williams was a 1962 graduate of the Waymart High School.

He was a retired equipment mechanic for the Spotswood Road Department in Spotswood, New Jersey.

Mr. Williams’ favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles, playing pool and attending car shows.

Due to the Covid pandemic, the family will not have a service at this time. They will plan a memorial service at a later date. Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Brisbin.
