Gwendolyn A. Parks, 90, James Creek, passed away July 10, 2019 at AristaCare at Huntingdon Park.

Born March 6, 1929, Newton Hamilton, Mifflin County, she was a daughter of the late John Wilson Norton and Grace Mae (Hazzard) Frankhouser. She was united in marriage to Herman R. Parks, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Parks is survived by her children, Mike Parks and wife, Darlene, Duncansville; and Bonita Clark and husband, Brion; and David Parks, all of James Creek; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Zane E. Parks, and three sisters.

At Mrs. Parks’ request, all services will be private. Interment will be made in the Newton Hamilton Cemetery.
