Jo Ann Lee, 73, Mount Union, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020, surrounded by her family at UPMC Altoona.

Born Feb. 25, 1947, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Tommiesene (Alexander) Loner.

She is survived by children, Anthony Lee and Annette Copeland and husband, Cedric, three grandchildren, Shawnta Spriggs, Romikia Spriggs and Silas Hayes, four great-grandchildren, Kyuan Spriggs, Messiah Lewis, Aziree Lewis and Ezekiel Brown.

Also surviving is a brother, Joseph Loner and wife Leslie.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Julia Richardson, Jack Loner and Jim Loner.

Ms. Lee was previously involved with the Tabernacle Church in Mount Union and a past choir member.

She was a past member of the Elks Lodge #702.

She enjoyed flowers, gardening, needlework, sewing and watching her favorite television shows.

She was most happy when spending time with her family and friends.

Friends and family will be received at the Tabernacle Church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at noon Wednesday Sept. 16, with the Rev. Sylvia Morris and the Rev. Kenneth E. McCracken officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Union Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are asked to wear a mask and abide by social distancing guidelines.
