The Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce states in its road to recovery that employers will be responsible for their employees and customers. But what happens when an employee or customer spreads the disease to a person not associated with the business? What is the liability of the business if this non-employee or customer dies? Yes, I feel the pain of businesses but understand what was supposed to happen during the lockdown was an increase in testing and contact tracing. This hasn't happened. So instead of the show put on by Sens. Corman and Ward and Rep. Irvin protesting the actions of Gov. Wolf who is trying to protect us, they should be demanding action from the federal government. That would be effective governing, which unfortunately is an enigma to this trio.
