Huntingdon junior setter Andrew Cooper and sophomore outside hitter Darin Harman were named to the 2019 Mid-State Boys Volleyball League all-stars. The list of all-stars was released Friday morning by league officials.

Cooper and Harmin were just two of 15 players named from the six high schools in the circuit to the all-star squad.

West Shamokin led the list with four players named, followed by three apiece from Bishop Guilfoyle and Forest Hills.

Joining Coper and Harmin on the all-star team were West Shamokin’s Eric Spencer (outside hitter), Ethan Oesterling (setter), Ethan Adamson (libero) and Evan Cornish (outside hitter), along with Bishop Guilfoyle’s Josh Welteroth (outside hitter), Connor Ebersole (outside hitter) and Kia Kimberly (setter). Forest Hills had Josh Schrock (middle hitter), Jason Wissinger (outside hitter) and Tony Zangaglia (outside hitter) named to the team. Rounding out the all-star squad were DuBois’ Blaise Carney (middle blocker) and Damon Olson (outside hitter) along with Central’s Sam Moyer (libero).
